Why Right Way Disposal?
Our disposal trailers are designed to hold a full ten yards of trash or debris – that’s 270 cubic feet of space and 3000 pounds of disposal capacity! Over-weight trailers are charged at .11 cents per pound. A smart solution to your clean-out needs, safely and affordably, without worry.
The bagger products that are offered hold just three yards, less than a third of a Right-Way Disposal trailer, with less weight capacity.
Our deliveries, pick-up and all contact are designed to be safe and respectful of any your property. We are licenced and insured.
Lawn & Garden Waste
Do you have garden waste, trees, shrubs, leaves, lawn clippings, or rotten unused fire wood? Any all organic loads are now just $500 for ten yards. Must be compostable organics only, Tree stumps up to 24″ in diameter. All trees and limbs must be cut under 12′ long. No processed wood or any other trash is accepted.
Lots of lawn waste is no problem with Right-Way Disposal. A full ten cubic yards! Your yard will thank you. Just $500 delivered and picked up in Middlesex County.

The following items can be placed in the dumpster incurring the state mandated fee. If any of these banned waste items are placed in a disposal trailer, the following per item handling charges will apply.

Prohibited Items
- Bio hazardous waste of any type
- Burns loads will be rejected or charged by the individual load
- Radioactive waste
- Asbestos in any form
- Asphalt, brick, concrete dirt, and earth products are NOT accepted unless free of any other debris. and the load is limited to 4 cubic yards
When any prohibited items are discovered, the disposal trailer will be isolated until such time as the waste can be safely and correctly disposed of. The additional cost of disposal shall rest entirely with the customer.
